Ltd is a leading Mould Tool Manufacturer for the Automotive industry. In recent years, we have developed a number of automotive tools and ancillaries that are used to manufacture components for Jaguar Land Rover, Bentley, McLaren, Aston Martin and other high profile brands. We have vast experience of manufacturing mould tooling for both interior and exterior components, from the very smallest of parts through to body panels and bumpers. We focus our attention on the OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers throughout the world, ensuring that we provide the very best attention to detail, quality and support expected at this level.

We are seeing a higher number of tooling requirements for the EV (Electric Vehicle) market as demand slips away from the more traditional internal combustion engine marketplace.  

Our Automotive tooling is manufactured from fully hardened H13 steel, which ensures consistency in regards to the quality of the moulded part being produced by these tools. From multi cavity, through to family tooling, through to large single impression tools, we are able to cover every option for the automotive sector. With Hot Runner technology, we are able to provide tooling for single shot as well as twin shot moulding, with the build quality to cope with a multitude of polymers.
